Browse Bradley County Arrest Reports

Checking Bradley County recent arrests over several days at once calls for a different tool. One built for a single-day custody search will not cover that span. The weekly arrest log covers that gap. It works well when a Bradley County arrest crossed a weekend or when a booking entered the system late. Think of it as a multi-day booking view. Arrest reports here have long circulated as date-generated JailTracker documents. The current official portal makes no promise of a seven-day window. It offers no permanent archive either.

Bradley County Multi-Day Arrest Log

Start at the BCSO Booking Reports gate. A four-character code takes you into JailTracker. Older output carried the odd title “News Release By Date,” yet the fields inside are pure booking report: booking number, arrest and intake times, agency, officer, physical descriptors, alleged charges, bond, and an image slot. Ignore the title. These are not written press releases.

No official page sets a maximum date range, a fixed weekly cutoff, or a stated archive depth. The phrase “weekly arrest log” describes your multi-day purpose, not a sheriff guarantee that one seven-day document always exists. Work with whatever dates and controls the current interface shows.

Multi-day caution: A report’s print date, arrest date, and booking date can all differ.

Read Bradley County Arrest Reports

Reading Bradley County arrest reports starts with the source and the period covered. Old copies teach you the format. The live gate alone shows the current path. One report can also mix BCSO, Cleveland Police, Charleston Police, THP, and task-force bookings together.

  1. Open the official BCSO gate and record the access date.
  2. Select a date range only from the options actually offered.
  3. Read the report heading, print time, and included dates.
  4. Compare arrest time with book time for each relevant entry.
  5. Use the agency field to identify where the arrest began.
  6. Check the clerk for the later case outcome.

Is the event very fresh? The Daily Arrest Report fits better. The multi-day log serves broader review and archive questions, not instant custody checks.

Bradley Arrest Log Entry Fields

Historical BCSO-generated reports, hosted on local news and scanner sites, confirm the field structure. Current output may drop, add, or redact fields. A “without address” version proves the point. Even reports from the same system can show different public detail.

Entry field How to interpret it
Booking number Internal key useful for a focused records request.
Book date/time County jail intake, not necessarily the moment of arrest.
Arrest date/time Agency-reported arrest event.
Agency and officer Who reported the arrest when shown.
Current charges Charges listed when the report was printed.
Bond label and amount Booking-time bond data that may later change.
Photograph area Historical image evidence, not a current display guarantee.

Age, address, and physical descriptors appeared in some earlier versions. Skip copying home addresses you do not need. A name match is not identity proof. Descriptor data can also carry input errors or stale information.

Why “News Release” Means Booking Log

The local label trips people up. BCSO keeps a separate News Room for written, hand-picked announcements. The JailTracker “News Release By Date” document is something else entirely: an intake record repeated for every person, often running many pages. One June 2024 copy ran 49 pages. An October copy hit 29, and a December copy reached 52. Those counts show scale only, not normal daily volume or future size.

The difference shapes how you use each source. A news release may summarize one chosen case and cite an investigation. The booking log lists intake fields for many agencies plus alleged charges as recorded. Neither one gives a final disposition. For that, you need the clerk’s court file.

Weekend Bradley Arrest Posting

No BCSO source lays out a weekend or holiday posting rule. A Monday report can include weekend bookings. That does not mean the office always batches weekend data for Monday release. Transport, medical processing, intake, data entry, staffing, and report generation can each add delay.

Late Friday arrest? Widen the date span. Compare arrest times against booking times. If present custody is the question, call the jail at 423-728-7367. A missing historical booking calls for a records request. Do not assume it was erased.

Note: No visible BCSO source promises a weekend refresh hour, archive cutoff, or online retention period.

Historical Bradley Arrest Report Copies

PDF copies from 2020, 2023, 2024, and 2025 show BCSO-style reports circulating well beyond the sheriff site. They document field structure and print times. They have no live link to the jail. Treat them as secondary-hosted copies. The Chattanoogan’s Bradley County arrest-report article shows the typical local-news pattern.

An archived capture proves the report existed. It cannot replace the current one through BCSO. The Cleveland-Bradley Free Press is another local news and corrections source, not an official arrest roster.

Bradley County local news arrest and corrections coverage

Other regional outlets cover Bradley County arrests too. WDEF, NewsChannel 9, the Cleveland Daily Banner, the Times Free Press, and the Cleveland-Bradley Free Press all publish arrest stories from time to time. Their coverage is event-driven, drawing on agency releases and sometimes original reporting or an agency photo. None of them serves as a full county arrest blotter.

Bradley Arrest Archives and Retention

An online arrest log is just a publication layer. The real rules live in retention schedules. The CTAS sheriff records schedule separates arrest files, identification files, booking logs, inmate registers, and jail reports, giving some arrest and identification categories long retention. Booking logs carry five years in places. Inmate registers are treated as permanent. CTAS warns that county practices vary. So statewide categories do not set Bradley County's exact destruction date. Ask BCSO for its adopted schedule and the status of the named record. Provide the person, agency, arrest and booking dates, and booking number. The official records page leads to the request form and lists the PIO email for questions, and no fixed booking-photo fee or permanent digital retention period is published there. For an old court outcome, the Bradley County Circuit and Criminal Court Clerk is the right office. Tennessee State Library and Archives holds county microfilm inventories and older court series, though it serves as no Bradley booking-photo archive. Start old photograph inquiries with BCSO.

Official and Unofficial Bradley Logs

Old or recent Bradley County arrest entries can surface on RecentlyBooked, Mugshots.zone, Mugshots.com, Arrests.org, and Busted Newspaper. These are commercial sites, not custody authorities. Their update claims, photos, and archive controls may be copied, stale, or wrong. Official BCSO access comes first.

Source type Best use Do not assume
BCSO current gate Current county report access That every view is instant
Historical BCSO PDF mirror Old format and field evidence That it reflects present custody
Local news story Context for a selected event That it is a full blotter
Commercial booking page A lead to verify Accuracy, currency, or legal outcome
Court record Case filing and disposition That it is a jail roster

Bradley Arrest Log Corrections

Start with the source custodian when a county record is wrong. Bring the exact field and evidence. Expungement works differently. The TBI explains that the process begins in local court, with a signed order going out to the relevant agencies. It is never automatic, and it does not guarantee that every private copy disappears without follow-up. If a publisher keeps inaccurate material, use its free correction contact. Attach the corrected government record or court order. Never pay an unknown removal intermediary. When a source page is deleted or materially changed but Google still shows the old result, Google's Refresh Outdated Content process can update the search copy. It cannot remove a live source.
